Senior Account Executive
to join our Commercial Marketing team. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with strong project management skills, a passion for B2B marketing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will lead the execution of marketing campaigns, manage agency and vendor relationships, and deliver impactful results across various commercial channels. This role is remote based. Key Responsibilities Serve as the lead agency contact during campaign planning and execution phases, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Manage vendor and agency relationships, overseeing the execution of 5-7 annual trade marketing campaigns from creative development through final delivery. Execute direct and indirect marketing campaigns in partnership with regional sales teams, driving measurable results and strategic alignment. Oversee distributor ordering and invoicing processes to maintain operational efficiency and compliance. Manage user access within marketing platforms, ensuring adherence to brand standards and system integrity. Maintain critical documentation and communications within internal systems for audit readiness and accessibility. Collaborate with Sales teams to enhance campaign performance and lead generation strategies. Analyze market penetration data and campaign performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize marketing efforts. Deliver actionable insights and reporting to both Direct and Indirect sales channels, including customer segmentation analysis. Draft and distribute quarterly updates and strategic reminders to internal teams on marketing initiatives. Identify innovative vehicles/vendors that meet campaign objectives and align with client and customer guidelines.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in a B2B environment. Proven experience managing vendors and creative agencies with a focus on campaign strategy and execution. Solid understanding of inside/outside sales processes, including field, door-to-door, and call center enablement. Practical experience across diverse marketing channels including email, direct mail, social media, digital display, event, and trade marketing. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally. Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for impactful presentations. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to contribute meaningfully to team success.

Cross-Functional Accountability Partner with Planning team members to develop category, channel, customer and competitive brand marketplace insights, identify most value consumer targets, communication strategy, innovation opportunities, promotion program objectives, strategies and tactical recommendations for programs, leveraging key consumer/shoppers insights that drive purchase behavior change. When relevant, demonstrate thought leadership, channel expertise and strategic integration with client agency partners. Communicate and interact effectively with internal teams for all departments and/or clients to deliver timely client decisions and approvals. Identify cross-company Marketing Svs revenue-driving opportunities. Successfully manage and develop Agency cross-functional team members. Other related duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Direct Reports: Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources. Education and Experience Education Level: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of experience in leader/manager roles in agency, brand management and/or media production preferred. 5+ years of experience in consumer product, brand management, media or agency experience preferred.
