We are seeking a

UI/UX Software Developer

who blends creativity with strong technical capability to join our application development team. This role is ideal for developers who live and breathe UI/UX, have a passion for clean and accessible frontends, and love collaborating across disciplines.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the UI for an enterprise web application, ensuring consistency and a refined user experience.

Convert

Figma prototypes

into high-quality UI code.

Build modern, responsive, and accessible UIs using

HTML, CSS (without libraries like Bootstrap/Tailwind) , and

Angular (2+) .

Work within an

Agile

team alongside backend and full-stack developers.

Participate in UX discussions and

advocate for usability and accessibility .

Contribute to and enhance our internal

Tax Design System

(UI components and design patterns).

Refactor, debug, and optimize existing UIs for performance and maintainability.

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI development or hybrid design/development roles.

Deep understanding of

CSS (Flexbox, Grid, animations)

and

HTML semantics .

Experience writing

pure CSS

without third-party libraries.

Comfort working with Git, NPM, and Azure DevOps.

Familiarity with

accessibility standards (WCAG)

and

HCI principles .

Experience collaborating with UX teams and interpreting

Figma

files.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with enterprise applications a plus.
