We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing impactful content, designing company marketing assets, managing brand presence, and driving engagement through multimedia and digital channels. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a thoughtful, methodical approach to creative work and a strong sense of ownership over their projects. Role Accountabilities Expected Responsibilities for the Marketing Specialist are: Content Development Create compelling written materials including corporate communications, case studies, blogs, thought leadership articles, and collateral. Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to diverse audiences. Approach content creation with a research-driven mindset and attention to detail.
Graphic & Visual Design Design marketing, events, sales, and social media assets with consistency and precision. Develop and maintain branded templates and a visual asset library. Ensure all creative materials align with brand standards and reflect a high level of quality and professionalism.
Brand & Social Media Safeguard brand consistency company-wide across all platforms and communications. Manage the social media calendar: planning, creating, posting, and reporting content with a steady cadence. Support digital campaigns that reflect thoughtful strategy and long-term brand goals.
Video & Multimedia Produce and edit multimedia assets including event reels and social snippets Collaborate with internal teams to capture and tell brand stories with clarity and purpose.
Desired Candidate Profile & Capabilities Required: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, creative content, or brand communications. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tones for different audiences. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or similar tools. Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns. Video editing experience preferred. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
Working Conditions Full-time, hybrid position based in Charlotte, NC with time spent working in the office and remotely. Occasional travel may be required. Detail-Oriented: Ability to accomplish/complete tasks while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small. Organization Skills: Ability to focus on different tasks, and use time, energy, strength, mental capacity, physical space, etc. effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the desired outcome. Adaptable: Able to be flexible and adjust to changing factors, conditions or environments. Results Orientation: The ability to focus on the desired result of ones own or ones units work, setting challenging goals, focusing effort on the goals, and meeting or exceeding them.
