As a Software Engineer you will: Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments Design, develop, and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design Design or implement complex algorithms requiring adherence to strict timing, system resource, or interface constraints; Perform quality control on team products Confer with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces This position is participating in our External Referral Program. Candidate must possess active security clearance with a polygraph Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. May substitute four years' experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Seven (7) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity Experience with UI Dev Stack: VueJs, Vuetify, Leaflet, ElasticSearch, node.js REST, GRPC, mongo, etc. Desired Skills

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC is $97,100 - $171,235. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
