As a Sr. Regional Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategic and operational lead for field marketing across the NAMER region. You'll build and execute integrated programsincluding live, virtual, and partner-led engagementsto generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen our brand in market. You'll serve as the connective tissue between regional sales, channel teams, and corporate marketingtranslating go-to-market strategy into action while tailoring execution to the unique dynamics of each segment. This role is ideal for a proactive, collaborative marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to flex across segments and partner motions with purpose and precision. What You'll Do
Operate as a marketing business owner, accountable for regional pipeline goals, new logo growth, and revenue acceleration across enterprise and partner segments. Be the voice of the region, ensuring alignment with global marketing programs while adapting content, messaging, and execution to local market realities. Collaborate closely with sales, SDRs, and channel teams to drive sales accepted generation, ensuring every touchpoint is connected and measurable. Orchestrate integrated field campaignsincluding CrowdTour, roadshows, executive dinners, and ABX playsdesigned to deliver both brand and business impact. Partner with product marketing, growth ops, and regional campaigns to build targeted programs and meaningful customer journeys. Measure and report ROI for all marketing activities; optimize based on data, insights, and feedback loops. Support and onboard new teammates, contributing to team dynamic and knowledge-sharing. What You'll Need
715 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including ownership of field/partner marketing campaigns in the tech sector (preferably cybersecurity or IT). Proven ability to build and scale regional marketing programs that drive tangible business outcomes. Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skillsyou lead with clarity and influence. Experience executing campaigns to win net new logos and increase customer adoption within the install base, campaign orchestration (e.g. account-based marketing), and pipeline reporting. Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar), and data-driven measurement frameworks. Comfort with ambiguity and enjoys action; you're resourceful, organized, and outcomes-driven. A reputation for being a team player and trusted partner to sales and business stakeholders. Bonus Points
Cybersecurity experience or knowledge of threat intelligence landscape. Past experience working with agencies or third-party vendors. Passion for data storytelling and campaign optimization.
