A nationally recognized organization is searching for an in-house Marketing Manager to join its corporate marketing team based in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona Area. Operating with an agency-style model, this team produces high-impact campaigns, presentations, and sales enablement tools for a wide range of stakeholders. The Marketing Manager will play a multifaceted role - balancing creative execution with strong project management to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and at the highest standard. A primary function of this role will be responsible for analyzing market data and business insights, transforming information into visual stories, and creating a persuasive narrative that elevates sales pitches, presentations, and business development efforts. You must thrive at the intersection of strategy and creativity, with the ability to shape compelling stories that drive measurable results. What You'll Do as a Corporate Marketing Manager: Design and manage high-impact sales and marketing materials including PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, videos, and brochures that transform data and insights into effective storytelling opportunities to drive sales efforts. Partner closely with internal research team to identify insights, uncover key data points, and shape sales narratives that strengthen presentations, pitches, and overall sales strategies. Utilize eye for design when it comes to combining creative, research, and copywriting to craft compelling narratives that support sales pitches and key internal initiatives. Works cross-functionally across various internal departments in leading project management across kick-off/launch meetings, scoping of project, resource allocation, timelines + deadlines, project updates + communication, and shifting priorities. Collaborate with internal leaders to prepare for key presentations and conferences, ensuring all materials are polished and persuasive to drive measurable results. Manage marketing content for sales databases, internal communications, and stakeholder outreach, including email campaigns and deployment. Support sales lead generation initiatives by ensuring content and assets are consistently updated across designated platforms and tools. Contribute to planning and execution of events and conferences. Act as a proactive, detail-oriented project lead that balances multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality. Must Have Qualifications as a Marketing Manager: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 5-7 years of experience in a multifaceted hands-on marketing & project management position. Strong storytelling ability and ability to transform data, insights, and research into compelling narratives/storytelling. Must have hands-on experience utilizing PowerPoint for presentation creation (templates); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva. Sharp creative judgment and an eye for design combined with the ability to evaluate what works visually and why. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Highly organized with proven ability to juggle multiple projects and competing deadlines. Confident communicator who can collaborate with colleagues at all levels, including executives. Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events as needed.
