Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join their collaborative Nutrition team. In this dynamic role, you'll lead the development and execution of digital marketing and social media strategies that drive brand growth and customer acquisition. You'll work closely with talented internal teams and top-tier external partners to deliver impactful campaigns, compelling content, and measurable outcomes. As a key member of the Marketing Department, you'll be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, optimizing ROI, and enhancing the brand's digital presence across platforms. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Plan and manage digital marketing and advertising strategies, including annual planning, agency coordination, and budget allocation. Lead digital advertising efforts such as display ads, social media campaigns, geo-targeted marketing, SEO, and SEM. Drive customer acquisition through lead generation, email marketing, product review management, and native advertising. Support consumers throughout their buying journey with strategic content and digital touchpoints. Agency Management

Manage relationships with external agencies handling advertising, digital marketing, social media, and product launches. Monitor agency performance through KPIs, metrics, and dashboards. Collaborate with internal teams, dealers, and consumers to execute digital campaigns and projects. Provide leadership for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and scope. Social Media Management

Work with the marketing team to develop engaging content aligned with an annual content calendar. Create monthly social media plans including product messaging, photo planning, copywriting, cause marketing, and brand loyalty strategies across platforms like Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Ensure content reflects brand personality and guidelines. Support marketing campaigns and product launches through strategic social media planning. Website & Email Content Management

Manage website content including product listings, reviews, news, and blog articles. Collaborate with the website vendor to improve user experience and functionality. Oversee monthly communications for internal teams and dealers. Metric Measurement Management

Develop and implement measurement plans to meet and exceed annual goals. Establish KPI dashboards for digital and social media initiatives. Analyze performance metrics across social media, digital campaigns, and website traffic. Use tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand customer behavior and optimize engagement strategies. Education, Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in digital strategy and/or digital marketing Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus Proven success managing social and digital platforms Experience in planning and executing digital marketing strategies E-commerce marketing experience is a plus Strong ability to lead agency relationships, develop briefs, and manage budgets Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other reporting platforms Excellent project management and prioritization skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities
