Summary Position can begin any time between January and June 2026. Are you creative, hardworking, and looking to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of projects? The FTI Sales and Marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the passion and energy to leave their mark by the end of their Co-Op term. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager the ideal candidate has a strong understanding of developing website content, product catalogs, promotional marketing materials and giveaways along with identifying trade show opportunities. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: * Compose and propose content for the company's website refresh * Prepare and deliver promotional presentations internally for review and approval * Coordinate with Business Development Team on Customer presentations * Develop marketing literature (catalogs, brochures, press releases, etc...) to improve the company's presence in the market * Customer Communication Refresh/Improvement (Quote/Order Acks/Etc)

Qualifications: * Must be able to accept position as a minimum of 3-month full time assignment or part-time (20+hours/week) for 6 months * Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited residential college or university (not on-line university) * Must be at least Junior level working towards a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mass communications or other related fields of study * Zero to 2 years of related experience and / or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Skills: * Proactive; striving to go above and beyond what is required for the role. Ability to prioritize well and tackle challenges enthusiastically and with professionalism * Amazing attention to detail with a customer-focused approach * Exquisite communication and people skills * Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to work independently and apply good judgment Experience in website development & design * Comfortable working in a technical environment * Excellent knowledge of MS office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) * Familiarity with Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) * Ability to create and share engaging content, including text, images, and videos that promote the company's brand is a plus Experience coordinating * Experience with marketing and market requirements analysis is a plus * Interest in technology and manufacturing is a plus * Project management skills are a plus * Prior internship(s), group or personal project exposure and / or work experience is a plus

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $25.00 to $27.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 0 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
