Please explain why and how they guide your design process. The City would like to create a 30-second Instagram reel highlighting the new native pollinator garden at La Colonia Park. Please share your idea for a reel. In your response, consider the storyboard or flow, shot ideas, visuals, text overlays, and key phrases. All applicants are required to attach at least three (3) work samples of graphic design work or a portfolio of their work. Work samples may come from school, work, or personal projects and can include flyers, social media graphics, reels, short videos, infographics, or print pieces - anything that shows your ability to create a design from scratch. If file size is an issue, you may provide a public link to a portfolio or folder. Submission of sample work/portfolio is a required part of the application process and non-submission will be considered an incomplete application, and applicants will be disqualified. Changes cannot be made to your application once submitted, so please ensure the requested work samples are attached before clicking the final accept button in your application.
