We are partnering with this organization to find a dynamic and experienced Director of Brand Marketing who will lead their marketing efforts, boost brand visibility, and enhance market engagement. The successful candidate will have a robust background in strategic marketing leadership and a passion for the fashion industry. This role is instrumental in crafting the brands narrative and requires innovative thinking to devise and execute impactful marketing campaigns that will secure the brand's position as an industry leader. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement extensive brand marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness and increase loyalty. Conduct market research to uncover consumer trends, assess brand perception and evolve the brand identify across all channels. Oversee production of engaging marketing content that aligns with the brands identity and resonates with target demographics. Built experiential marketing strategies across the likes of pop-ups, influencer events, large scale festivals, sales events and more. Work closely with the influencer team to guide strategy across platforms and drive organic social media content and community engagement on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc. Lead PR and global media relations through leadership and corporate communications. Manage brand budgets while evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) and carry out regular assessments to refine marketing strategies. Key Requirements: Demonstrated experience in a senior marketing position, ideally within the fashion or retail sector and have proven success in scaling a brand internationally. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of inspiring and managing teams across Influencer, Social, Brand, PR and Events. Experience identifying and working with celebrities, talent and influencers to truly drive social presence and brand alignment. Proven expertise in formulating and implementing successful marketing strategies, bringing a creative flair and ability to leverage cultural trends.
