A unique and exciting mortgage team in the Denver Tech Center is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to bring our marketing to the next level. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing email campaigns and various platforms, and managing events. Must be an expert in social media marketing and analytics, driving client engagement, website traffic, and event management. This position also includes graphic design, executing the gifting program, and project management. This is an in-office position at the Denver Tech Center. Responsibilities: • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages clients to take action • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of social content • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each profile • Create social media calendars and syndication schedules • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, sales) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions • Manage Marketing team to execute social media platforms, events, and email campaigns at a high level • Manage team activity and projects in Monday.com - experience with Monday.com is a plus Qualifications: • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist • Excellent consulting, copywriting, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels • Ability to act as a Project Manager for the Marketing team and execute at a high level • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented • Wicked multitasking and organizational ability • Self-motivated and a problem solver who can bring new ideas to the table • Strong leadership skills • 5 years of experience in a similar role Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 per year
