About the role:

PopStroke is seeking an experienced but scrappy Field Marketing Director to spearhead the local marketing efforts for PopStroke Entertainment nationwide. In this role, you will lead a team of local marketing coordinators, spearheading community engagement, building brand awareness, and partnership initiatives aligned with our core values and drive traffic into our locations. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for grass-root marketing and a strong ability to build and execute regionally tailored marketing strategies. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure the brand remains top-of-mind in all our markets, while maximizing community partnerships for growth and increased traffic at our venues. Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of local marketing coordinators spread across multiple states, aligning with corporate marketing objectives while encouraging creativity and autonomy in executing local strategies based on market types. Provide development, guidance, and professional development opportunities to your team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. Foster a collaborative and fun goal-oriented environment where local marketing coordinators feel supported and empowered to be the ambassadors of PopStroke in the markets they support.

Community Engagement & Partnerships: Cultivate and manage regional and national sponsorships to elevate brand awareness and drive sales. Identify, secure, and manage partnerships with local vendors, event organizers, and sponsors to increase engagement and support for venue events. Lead activation efforts for sponsorships, partnerships, and special events that connect our brand with the local community. Track and analyze the effectiveness of partnerships and community-driven marketing initiatives to ensure maximum ROI.

Brand Building & Awareness: Develop and implement market-specific promotional campaigns and strategies that build brand awareness and drive traffic to venues. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all local marketing touchpoints and communications. Develop Field Marketing Playbook and local marketing toolkits based on seasonality and market types.

Event Marketing & Execution: Support the planning and execution of promotional events. Collaborate with local marketing coordinators to ensure local event campaigns align with broader corporate marketing goals. Negotiate and secure regional and national event partnerships.

Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Tracking: Analyze the performance of local marketing efforts and adjust strategies to meet targets related to attendance, revenue, and customer engagement. Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing tactics. Prepare regular reports detailing key performance metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested. Qualifications 10+ years in field marketing or regional marketing management, preferably in entertainment, events, or a related industry. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus). Proven experience managing a team of marketing professionals across multiple locations or regions. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Knowledge of the golf industry and enthusiasm for the sport is a plus. Ability to travel frequently to various markets as required and work nights and weekends as needed.
