The Media Operations team focuses on hands-on activation of digital channels, including tagging, trafficking, buying, and more. We ensure governance, consistency, and support around platform usage and activation activities, aiding in building, buying, optimization, and reporting efforts. In this role you will support, manage, optimize, and report on media campaigns for a portfolio of clients, individually and as part of a broader team. You will contribute to ongoing and one-off media efforts in collaboration with other team members. Note: This is a remote/hybrid role with clients and team members located across the US and/or internationally. Key Responsibilities
Own campaign planning, builds, and ongoing management of clients media efforts, including QA Own client communications and updates, review requests and questions, and troubleshoot issues on platforms and media execution Collaborate with team members to complete day-to-day tasks for both clients and internal efforts Share learnings with peers from internal and external sources Execute on main Programmatic platforms such as DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, etc., as well as ad servers such as Campaign Manager Utilize internal tools and processes for day-to-day work and task completion (e.g., Slack, GSuite, Salesforce, Workday) Keep up to date on Monks offerings and identify opportunities to enhance client services Key Skills & Qualifications
Were looking for well-rounded team members who can demonstrate technical proficiency and adapt to a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders, while remaining professional and collaborative. Intermediate proficiency in at least two platforms relevant to the Media team and understanding of how platforms fit into the ecosystem Programmatic DSPs: DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, etc. Ad Servers: Campaign Manager Ability to identify and act on problems, roadblocks, and next steps Ability to work with and contextualize data, manipulate datasets, and analyze trends and outputs Ability to run effective internal and external meetings, including agenda-building and action item follow-up Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and initiatives Strong self and social awareness to work effectively with clients and teams Experience working in a professional setting with team members and clients 1-2 years or more in a relevant Media role or environment At Monks, we foster an environment where diverse perspectives thrive and are committed to equity and inclusion in hiring processes.
