MOGEL . Location: Scottsdale, AZ (in-office role working normal business hours) Travel: As needed. Short overnight trips may occur several times per year. Our client is a leading professional services firm in the financial and human capital space, specializing in equity compensation, financial reporting, and executive pay advisory. The firm serves a broad range of public and private companies, delivering technical expertise in valuation, accounting compliance, and compensation strategy. With a deep belief in the strategic role of compensation, the firm delivers tailored solutions aligned with clients award types, compliance needs, and systems. Responsibilities Plan and manage all logistical aspects of conferences, trade shows, and webcasts. Maintain the master event calendar, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Coordinate with marketing, business development, and design teams to update event materials. Handle registrations, speaker submissions, booth logistics, and vendor relationships. Oversee booth setup, tear-down, troubleshooting, and onsite hospitality. Support webcast production, including technology setup, hosting, and post-event follow-up. Research and secure venues, vendors, and entertainment to deliver exceptional client experiences. Negotiate contracts and manage event budgets for cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Create and execute detailed event-day plans to ensure flawless delivery. Manage onsite logistics, vendor coordination, and guest hospitality. Support ongoing marketing initiatives, community relations programs, and seasonal campaigns. Coordinate travel and logistics for event and project teams. Track project timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience). Proven track record in event planning, marketing coordination, or related roles. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and marketing tools. Creative eye for design, branding, and event aesthetics. Collaborative, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver. Adaptable and detail-oriented with skills in analysis, organization, creative execution, and clear communication. Proactive and collaborative with an ability to streamline processes, thrive in fast-paced settings, and deliver accurate results with minimal supervision. Professional discretion when handling sensitive information. Willingness to travel for short-term event assignments.
