Job Responsibilities
The Marketing Analyst plays a pivotal role in helping the marketing team operate smarter, faster, and more effectively. This individual serves as the insight engine behind our cross-channel marketing programs by translating raw performance data into clear, actionable strategies that improve everything from webinar attendance to paid media ROI.
In this role, you’ll work across the full marketing funnel, analyzing campaign performance, building reports and dashboards, and uncovering trends that inform better decisions. You'll also support campaign planning, monitor lead pacing, and contribute to the ongoing optimization of marketing operations and automation workflows.
Collaboration is key. This role works closely with the team to support 20+ active programs, driving reporting on funnel performance, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and marketing’s contribution to pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze performance across email, webinars, paid ads, SEO, and live events
- Track KPIs: CTR, CPL, CAC, CPA, conversion rates, SQLs, and ROAS
- Build dashboards and pacing reports using GA4, Salesforce, and HubSpot
- Translate data into clear insights and campaign recommendations
Campaign Support & Optimization
- Support planning and execution of 20+ marketing programs
- Monitor campaign timelines, assets, and results across email, paid media, and partner channels
- Assist with paid media campaign setup, QA, pacing, and performance analysis.
- Conduct A/B test and segment-level analysis to guide improvements
- Assist in tracking and interpreting attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch) to optimize marketing performance
CRM & Automation Support
- Help manage Salesforce or HubSpot workflows for lead scoring and nurturing
- Ensure clean tracking, attribution, and data flow across marketing systems
Light Content & Creative Support
- Collaborate on email copy, performance summaries, and ad snippets
- Use tools like Canva for simple visual assets or reporting graphics
Qualifications and Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing ops, or campaign support
- Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Comfort working with larger media budgets, with a focus on efficiency and ROI
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), HubSpot, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Familiarity with full-funnel KPIs (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Client) and marketing attribution
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush, and applying UTM tracking best practices
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight timelines, using project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, or Notion
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with AI tools for reporting/content (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Basic design or data storytelling skills using Canva, Figma, or Descript
- Comfort with marketing data integration or using automation tools like Zapier
- or APIs
- Background in financial services, real estate, or regulated industries
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 - $82,000 plus quarterly bonus
