Overview
Right now, were looking for an ace Associate Media Director who can take the reins for the Media department, own key accounts, and develop strong bonds with clients and internal teams alike. Youll play an instrumental role in developing strategic media and implementing a wide variety of innovative tactics to grow our clients business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee development of program strategies and analysis for clients, collaborating with Account, Creative and Measurement teams to ensure work is strategically aligned and on brief
- Guide and manage relationships between Media teams, account directors and clients to deliver high-quality, inspiring work and grow our business
- Provide thoughtful feedback to Media teams, using performance evaluation and internal process improvement to develop and motivate talent
- Smartly manage revenue and program budgets to ensure necessary and optimal resourcing
- Spot issues with core client teams and develop new client relationships
- Maintain and improve the success of publisher relationships
Qualifications
- A four-year college education and seven to nine years of media planning experience, including at least two years of digital/interactive experience and two years of media supervisory experience within an agency
- Strong grasp of media planning, negotiation, and performance analysis with solid understanding of the digital environment
- Stellar communication skills: articulate, poised, straightforward, thoughtful and kind
- Strong project management and performance management skills with clear delegation and feedback
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALLE, Midjourney) is a plus for ideation, research, or content generation

Compensation Range: $95,950 $150,995 annually. The Company determines compensation based on skills, qualifications and experience, with the right to modify the range. Temporary roles may be eligible for freelancer/temporary medical plans or 401(k) after eligibility criteria are met.
