Title: Social Media Specialist

Contract: Full-Time, Contract

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)


LHH is seeking a Social Media Specialist on behalf of our client in the Dallas area. This is an exciting opportunity to flex your creativity, strengthen brand awareness, and drive engagement across multiple platforms.


Requirements:

  • Support the development and execution of social media strategies that increase engagement and elevate brand presence across platforms
  • Manage and maintain content calendars
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content including reels, stories, graphics, and videos
  • Monitor and identify emerging social media trends and cultural moments
  • Engage directly with online communities by responding to DMs, comments, and driving meaningful conversations to foster brand loyalty
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance
  • Assist with influencer partnerships and user-generated content (UGC) management
  • Partner with marketing, creative, operations, and leadership teams to support integrated campaigns and execute big-picture brand initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 4-7 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, native platform analytics)
  • Strong content creation skills
  • Paid campaign experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects


Pay Details: $30.00 - 40.00 per hour


This position is contract and hybrid in Dallas, Texas
