Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in the local community
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Employee Benefits
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Collaborate with the service team to deliver seamless client experiences
- Participate in local travel to meet with clients and build trust within the community
- For Entry-Level Candidates:
- Recent college graduate with a strong sales-oriented personality
- Willingness to work onsite full-time during training, with hybrid flexibility thereafter
- For Experienced Candidates:
- Proven track record as a successful Employee Benefits producer
- Ability to start in a hybrid work environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Local residency or strong ties to the area (Decatur, Bloomington, Washington, or Peoria preferred)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
