Role Description

We’re looking for a Winter Social Media Intern based in Nashville to support our growing team at Norwood Social Co.

In this role, you’ll help bring brands to life online through content ideation, short-form video editing, graphic design, posting and ongoing strategy support.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute weekly social media content for the agency page - must be comfortable being on camera
• Assist SMM with designing graphics, social posts, and advertisements that align with each client’s brand identity.
• Assist SMM with editing and produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
• Write compelling captions tailored to each brand’s tone of voice.
• Schedule, post, and maintain content across client accounts as needed.
• Stay on top of trends, audio, and platform updates to ensure content feels current and engaging.

Requirements

• 1+ years of marketing and social media management experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video editing and design work.
• Proficiency with Canva and CapCut (Adobe Suite a plus).
• Experience juggling multiple projects/clients simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

In Office Hybrid Setting

Pay: $13 - 16 /Hour with estimated 15-25 Hours a Week

➡️ Term: Week of October 1st-End of December (with potential to extend based on performance)
