The Role

We are seeking a gregarious, results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This person will own the strategy and execution of influencer partnerships, while building meaningful relationships with creators who align with our brand’s voice, values, and audience.

This role is perfect for someone who loves networking, has a sharp eye for talent, and thrives at negotiating win-win deals that balance influencer value with business goals.


Responsibilities

  • Identify, vet, and recruit influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms who align with Trava Health’s brand voice, audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term influencer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Negotiate contracts and compensation structures that align with campaign budgets and ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative influencer campaigns that drive measurable awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track campaign performance, analyzing ROI, and optimize partnerships based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies.
  • Build out a structured affiliate/brand ambassador program so influencers can drive sales long-term, not just on one-off campaigns.
  • Manage referral links, discount codes, and performance tracking.
  • Work with influencers to secure content usage rights for ads, website, and social campaigns.
  • Help adapt influencer-generated content into ads (UGC for Meta, TikTok, etc.), email campaigns, or blog features.
  • Develop quick briefs/guides to ensure influencers don’t make medical claims that could create legal or regulatory risk.
  • Train partners to communicate key brand messages clearly and responsibly.
  • Track what competitor telehealth brands are doing with influencer marketing.
  • Spot emerging platforms, creator niches, or content formats before they peak.



Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing (telehealth, wellness, or consumer health experience is a plus).
  • Strong network of influencers or proven ability to build influencer pipelines.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing influencer ROI and campaign success.
  • A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a gregarious, approachable personality.
