Responsibilities
- As a Marketing Coordinator, you will curate effective, engaging marketing campaigns while also supporting digital projects, business development, and operations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams, as well as Senior Leadership, to execute communication materials.
- Support SSTs content strategy by curating visual and written content across our channels, including social media, email marketing, and websites.
- Create professional, brand-consistent visual graphics/content for product materials, events/presentations, and more.
- Conduct research for key marketing campaigns.
- Optimize content for search engines and lead generation.
- Grow new leads through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content, ensuring SEO and GEO optimization.
- Establish effective marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Track, measure, and analyze analytics per campaign to track ROI.
- Support website updates, including LMS courses, products, and content.
- Conduct regular user experience audits.
- Support marketing goals and strategy related to websites, events, conferences, print, digital, paid, PR, social media, and email marketing.
- Support the maintenance of our customer relationship management (CRM).
- Maintain regular communication with clients and vendors with professionalism and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in a relevant field, plus 2 to 4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and experience with CRMs, specifically HubSpot, WordPress, social media platforms, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience with e-commerce websites, Adobe Cloud/Canva, Google Analytics, SEO Tools, and an LMS is preferred, not required.
- Strong writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to grasp new concepts, strategies, and initiatives.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, maintain exceptional details, execute multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative and willing to contribute to a team environment; ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently and adapt to change.
Education, Training, And Experience
- As above, with emphasis on relevant post-secondary education and experience.
