Job Summary:
The Senior Director, Marketing Intelligence is responsible for developing and executing analytics to drive business and customer value. Key areas include:
Marketing mix optimization
Personalization measurement
Omnichannel lifecycle analytics
Website merchandising analytics
This role involves strategic leadership, hands-on project development, and team guidance within the SBID (Strategy, Business Intelligence & Data) - Topline Intelligence team.
Candidate Profile:
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, engineering, mathematics)
8+ years in analytics, marketing strategy, or consulting
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience with:
SQL, R, Python
Tableau
Git, Jira
MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Team leadership experience
Preferred Education & Experience:
MBA or advanced degree in related fields
Experience with:
Data mining and visualization
Digital marketing, attribution, CRM
Marketing mix models, customer segmentation
Martech and privacy (e.g., cookie tracking, clean rooms)
Presenting to senior executives
Mentoring analytics teams
B2C environments and A/B testing
Platforms like Google, Facebook, Adobe Campaign, GA 360
Core Responsibilities:
Align with Global Marketing priorities
Lead analytics projects with internal and external teams
Develop measurement models (e.g., attribution, media mix)
Promote testing and optimization culture
Translate business questions into analytics
Build scalable infrastructure for marketing analytics
Collaborate across analytics, CRM, IT, and data teams
Leadership & Management Competencies:
Communication, vision alignment, change management
Problem-solving, decision-making, strategic planning
Team building, execution, results orientation
Customer relationships, global mindset, partnerships

The pay range for this position is $68.07 to $109.38 per hour.

Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
