Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our fast-paced apparel and vehicle graphics shop. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and preparing files for print production across apparel, vehicle wraps, signage, and other graphic projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Adobe Illustrator, understands print-ready file preparation, and thrives in a creative, hands-on production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and optimize artwork for apparel printing, vehicle wraps, signage, and custom graphics.

• Use advanced Illustrator techniques (spot colors, offset paths, vector adjustments) to ensure files meet production standards.

• Work with a variety of file types (PDF, SVG, EPS, JPEG, PNG, etc.) and maintain consistent quality across projects.

• Collaborate with our team to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-moving environment.

• Assist in print setup and production processes when needed.

Requirements

Must Have:

• 2+ years of professional experience with Adobe Illustrator.

• Strong understanding of spot colors, offset paths, and print-ready file preparation.

• Familiarity with multiple file formats including PDF, SVG, EPS, JPEG, and PNG.

Great to Have:

• Prior experience designing vehicle wraps and large-format graphics.

• Previous experience working in a print shop or production environment.
