About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling the marketing organization, with a focus on driving brand visibility, market differentiation, and demand generation. This executive will own the marketing strategy and execution, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and growth targets. Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing marketing team, building and managing the marketing budget, and overseeing brand leadership, market intelligence, and demand generation initiatives. The role also involves driving thought leadership, and multi-channel campaigns, and optimizing marketing programs in partnership with sales and customer success teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the cybersecurity industry. They should have a proven track record in building brand awareness and generating pipeline in B2B environments, as well as experience across all core marketing functions. A data-driven mindset, expertise in marketing analytics, and strong executive presence are essential. The VP of Marketing will be a key member of the senior leadership team, shaping the company's market position and fueling growth. The role requires exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills, and the ability to influence both internally and externally.
