About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to spearhead the demand engine and lead the charge in acquiring, activating, and retaining customers. This pivotal role involves owning and driving the full-funnel marketing strategy, from high-level planning to hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing scalable, multi-channel campaigns, optimizing the website and funnels, running A/B tests, and collaborating with product and sales teams on go-to-market strategies. As the first growth marketing leader, the role also includes laying the foundation for a high-performing team and managing the marketing stack and external relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of growth marketing experience, with a proven track record in digital and product-led growth channels. Expertise in paid media, SEO, and analytics is essential, as is hands-on experience with a range of marketing tools. The role requires a strategic thinker who is also an executor with a strong bias for action, and experience in fintech, SaaS, or AI is highly valued. A background in marketing to small and mid-sized businesses or experience in embedded fintech/B2B2C models is a bonus. The Head of Growth Marketing will play a key role in the company's rapid growth and will have the opportunity to make a real impact on its direction and trajectory.
