About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to take on a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and brand awareness. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and owning a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with technology and revenue goals. This hands-on, strategic position requires a leader with a proven track record in marketing complex B2B SaaS solutions, particularly with a focus on AI. The VP of Marketing will be a key partner to the CEO and CRO, defining market segmentation, ideal customer profiles, and overall narrative. They will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing marketing team, overseeing all marketing disciplines, and ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified leads for the go-to-market organization. Applicants for the VP of Marketing role at the company should have at least 15 years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, be data-driven, and possess exceptional communication skills. A builder mentality is essential, as is the ability to translate complex technical products into clear and compelling messaging. While not mandatory, experience in marketing AI-powered products and a strong understanding of how to communicate the value of AI to an enterprise audience is a nice-to-have. The role demands a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on leader who can effectively partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
