About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing Operations to spearhead the optimization of its marketing infrastructure, processes, and technology. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for aligning marketing operations with the company's aggressive growth objectives and ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI. This role involves close collaboration with the executive team to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies, leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, and driving data-driven decision-making at all levels. The VP will also be tasked with managing the marketing technology stack, overseeing vendor relationships, and implementing agile marketing practices to enhance the speed and adaptability of the marketing function. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' marketing operations experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling marketing operations within high-growth B2B SaaS environments, deep expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, and strong analytical skills in marketing attribution and revenue operations. Experience in enterprise storage, cloud infrastructure, or data management sectors is a plus, as is a background in agile marketing methodologies and advanced analytics tools. The role demands a leader with excellent project management, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills, capable of presenting to executive teams and board members.
