Role Description

The Field Marketing Manager is accountable for ensuring our companies achieve their planned revenue through efficient lead generation within their prescribed marketing budget. As the crusader of our marketing & advertising division, you will be responsible for the success of numerous lead-generating initiatives

High Level Responsibilities

• Produce and execute efficient Marketing Strategy for all channels
• Implement grass root strategies to improve local visibility
• Utilize analytics to uncover and remediate lead deficits
• Testing new offers and tactics
• Development of creative marketing materials
• Produce regular competitive analyses including offers/incentives and make recommendations
• Monitor Brand Image and Reputation Management by staying aware of local social content and 3rd party online mentions

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in direct to customer lead generation, preferably in the HVAC or Home Services space
• Market Planning and Field Marketing skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
