Day to day:

This role involves creating email and push campaigns aligned with the defined strategy, as well as developing onsite campaigns for the Canadian homepage. You’ll assist in shaping the execution strategy for email, push, and onsite merchandising initiatives, while managing the creative development process in partnership with a dedicated design team. Collaboration with a social media agency will be key to supporting organic social media activations. The position also includes reporting progress against goals and key campaign metrics to senior management, along with editing and publishing content using XML, HTML, and a content management system (CMS). This team supports both onsite merchandising and offsite traffic-driving initiatives, working across various digital and physical touchpoints. Responsibilities include building landing pages and merchandising assets for high-visibility events such as major promotional days, as well as supporting category marketers who manage content across different product pages. The role also involves leading efforts for emerging or holdout brands—creating homepage placements, developing brand stores, and executing launch campaigns. Collaboration with offsite trafficking teams is essential to ensure brand information flows seamlessly across social media, search, and influencer channels. While strategic programs like subscription services and registries are managed separately, this position focuses on executional merchandising and traffic-driving support for new and developing brands.

• Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities.
