Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to manage client relationships and execute digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results. This role requires a mix of account management, strategic thinking, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and a passion for client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, paid media, SEO, etc.) to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Translate client goals into actionable marketing plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate and lead regular client meetings to review performance, gather feedback, and present new opportunities.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and platforms to advise clients effectively.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services based on client needs and goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or agency roles.
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Work Hours and Benefits: This job is on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Flexible working hours may be required to meet the demands of the role.
