ONDO is a venture-backed ethical apparel brand redefining the essentials category with a focus on comfort, quality, and purpose. We’re growing quickly across the U.S. and Asia, and we’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial digital marketer to join our New York-based team.

 

The Role

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager (or Senior Analyst, depending on experience) to lead core growth initiatives across email, SMS, loyalty program, paid media, and e-commerce. This is a highly cross-functional role — you’ll collaborate with brand, performance, product, and operations teams, while owning and optimizing revenue-driving channels from strategy to execution.

 

What You'll Do

● Own and operate ONDO’s Email & SMS programs via Klaviyo — including planning, building, testing, and optimizing all flows, campaigns, and pop-ups

● Lead our website growth roadmap — prioritizing and implementing CRO initiatives, SEO improvements, and creative refreshes

● Manage performance across e-commerce platforms — ensuring our website and other sales channels are optimized for discovery and conversion

● Develop and execute our loyalty program strategy to drive customer retention and LTV

● Plan and manage go-to-market strategies for brand marketing moments and new product launches

● Support paid media strategy and campaign performance across Meta, Google, and other digital ad channels

● Tailor marketing strategies for each platform — maximizing performance while ensuring a cohesive customer journey

● Analyze performance metrics and turn data into actionable marketing insights

 

What We're Looking For

● 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retention, or CRM/lifecycle roles

● Proven track record running Email & SMS programs (preferably with Klaviyo), CRO/SEO projects, and e-commerce channel strategy

● Familiarity with paid media performance tracking and campaign planning

● Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, customer retention, and loyalty programs

● Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills

● Analytical and creative — you’re as comfortable running tests and assessing performance as you are storytelling through brand campaigns

● A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments

● Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and keep moving pieces organized

Must be able to commute to our Manhattan, NY office

 

Nice to Have

● Experience with Klaviyo, GA4, SEO tools, Shopify Plus, project management tools (e.g., Notion), or performance creative (e.g., Figma, etc.)

● Experience in fashion, retail, or DTC startups is a plus

● Strong writing skills and brand storytelling interest

Expected Salary Range: $85k-$105k based on experience
