About the Position:
For over 20 years IPPOLITA has been the premiere luxury fine jewelry line designed by

IPPOLITA is looking for a responsive and collaborative individual with a can-do
approach, to support the Marketing team, and the Creative Director/CEO. This position
will report to the Director of E-Commerce and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will
be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment balancing Social, PR, Digital Marketing
activities, reinforcing the Marketing Department as it endeavors to create brand
awareness and increase sales.

Responsibilities:
Create original social media content aligned with the company marketing calendar,
leveraging organic content, brand storytelling, and community engagement to drive
sustained, high-quality follower growth.
Schedule daily posts across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok,
Pinterest) and coordinate with the copywriter for captions.
Edit videos with quick turnaround times, providing multiple iterations as needed.
Manage community engagement by monitoring and responding to conversations with
customers on each social channel in line with brand messaging.
Support the Marketing team in growing brand presence by staying ahead of social
trends, tools, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Collaborate with teammates, stakeholders, and clients to produce best-in-class content;
track media coverage to inform content creation.
Deliver social media performance reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign
basis; monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, conversions, and audience growth
to inform strategy.
Provide on-set support during campaign shoots by capturing BTS and social media
content, assisting with jewelry styling/organization, and handling production/PA tasks.
Support the Director of E-Comm on paid social boosting efforts with the digital
marketing partner on a bi-weekly basis.
Create seasonal digital look books for Press, Marketing, and Sales, and manage bimonthly
distribution to stylists based on available inventory.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in social media for fashion or luxury brands (including TikTok).
Bachelor’s degree.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong follow-up skills and detail orientation.
Experience creating content for luxury fashion or jewelry brands.
Proficiency in editing content (photo and video).
Skilled in social media scheduling platforms, Adobe Suite, Canva, and analytics/metric
tracking tools.
Strong visual eye for photoshoots, with the ability to support on-set as needed (a plus).
