About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and team-oriented Marketing Operations Manager, skilled in leveraging technology to bridge marketing strategy and execution. In this role, you will oversee the marketing data foundation and automation processes, utilizing Salesforce, Pardot, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and sales enablement tools such as ZoomInfo and Calendly. This position focuses on enabling dedicated marketers across our fintech products by ensuring seamless integration, delivering advanced reporting, and supporting top-of-funnel sales initiatives like lead generation and qualification.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement. Success in this role requires a blend of critical thinking, initiative, curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a steadfast commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Data Foundation : Own the integrity of marketing data in Pardot, GTM, GA4, and Salesforce. Partner with our Marketing Consulting firm, ensuring proper tag firing, UTM capture, and consistent naming/mapping. Maintain Salesforce field mappings and lead routing, partnering with our Salesforce Administrators. Funnel Reporting & Insights : Build and maintain dashboards tracking top-of-funnel metrics through closed-won deals, monitoring performance, investigating variances, and providing actionable recommendations for budget and channel strategy with strong source hygiene and attribution. Marketing Automation with Pardot : Manage Pardot to automate lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation, integrating with Salesforce. Provide tools, templates, and training to dedicated marketers for campaign execution, leveraging collaboration with our Marketing Consulting firm. Website & Pardot Operations : Support the website marketing initiatives and embedded Pardot forms and Form Handlers. Manage creating/editing pages, managing prospects ensuring the capture of UTMs and routing to Salesforce, maintaining templates, and assisting with basic email and social scheduling/segmentation as needed. Product and Channel Strategy & Operations : Focus on cross-channel/product standardization, implement workflow improvements, and enhance operational scalability, partnering with dedicated marketers on campaign strategy, setup, and quality assurance. Quality, Hygiene & Governance : Conduct pre-launch checklists and post-launch monitoring, clean up legacy. tags/conversions/audiences in GTM and ad platforms, troubleshoot tracking/routing issues, and perform basic deduplication hygiene. Sales Enablement - Top of the Funnel : Oversee ZoomInfo to enhance lead data quality in Salesforce, manage data syncs and reporting, and administer Calendly to streamline meeting bookings (e.g., webinars) with Salesforce/Pardot integration, training sales teams as needed. Enablement & Documentation : Maintain one-page stack maps and short playbooks, act as the first point of contact for data/tech requests, and drive continuous improvement of the martech stack. Technology Management:

Ensure compliance with data security standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), support email deliverability with IT, and manage the fraud prevention tool IPQS. What Success Looks Like:

Success in a Senior Marketing Operations Manager role is measured by how effectively you enable the marketing organization to run smoothly, scale efficiently, and demonstrate measurable business impact. It's about building the processes, systems, and insights that empower marketers to execute and prove value.

You anticipate operational needs as the company grows and proactively design scalable frameworks. Lead management processes (handoffs, SLAs, scoring, routing) are efficient and mutually agreed upon. Leadership and stakeholders trust the data and use it for decision-making. Workflows, approvals, and resource allocation are clearly structured and consistently followed. You streamline processes to reduce manual work and increase productivity across the team. Candidate Requirements:

Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience:

7-10 years in marketing operations, with hands-on experience in Pardot, Salesforce reporting, and campaign management. Experience with multi-touch attribution and campaign influence tracking. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Pardot and Salesforce (reporting/dashboards required); familiarity with GTM, GA4, ZoomInfo, Calendly, and basic HTML a plus. Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to analyze funnel metrics and deliver insights using Salesforce and Pardot tools. Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present recommendations. Fintech Knowledge:

Understanding of payment processing or financial services marketing is desirable. Work Environment & Culture:

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation range:
