Content Marketing Specialist, Korean Market (3 month Temp) Fremont, California, United States About Weee! Weee! is the largest and fastest-growing ethnic e-grocer in the United States. Weee! is headquartered in Fremont, CA, with growth across geographies and categories. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA. About the Role Responsibilities Plan and manage storefront content for Korean-English and Korean language storefronts, developing targeted content aligned with company campaigns and SKU strategies based on customer lifecycle stages (e.g., loyalty members, students). Collaborate with Merchandising to align content strategies with customer segmentation and retention goals, improving conversion and repeat purchase rates. Leverage AI tools to create high-quality, brand-consistent content to drive engagement and sales. Create video and photo content of food items for Weee! (deliverables: video, GIFs, photos, etc.). Develop app pushes, emails, and website collections that drive revenue. Monitor daily banners, email automations and data processes; troubleshoot as needed. Analyze performance data to identify underperforming content, optimize accordingly, and report monthly KPIs and segment insights. Deliver weekly performance reports to the Market leader. Coordinate with Product, Data, Marketing, and Merchandising teams; prioritize tasks on cross-functional projects. Provide Korean translations to support cross-functional initiatives. Qualifications Deep understanding of the Korean and Korean American community, including tastes, food trends, and culture. Bachelor's degree or 1+ year of relevant marketing/digital media/advertising/communications experience. 1+ year of email and push marketing experience. Excellent writing and editing skills. Ability to analyze data and draw insights from content performance metrics. Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, etc.). Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools. Compensation US base salary range for this full-time position is $68,640–$70,000. Role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and benefits; pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
