Overview We’re looking for a Creative Director (Strategy) with a passion for technology and deep expertise in B2B marketing to join our team supporting one of the most innovative and influential tech brands in the world. In this role, you’ll lead strategic planning across integrated campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives—helping our client build powerful narratives and drive results across the funnel.
What You’ll Do Serve as a strategic lead on a high-profile global tech account—partnering closely with account, creative, and media teams.
Translate complex technical offerings into differentiated messaging strategies that resonate with enterprise buyers, IT decision-makers, and technical audiences.
Develop and deliver strategic frameworks—positioning, value propositions, audience segmentation, messaging architecture, buyer journeys, and content strategy.
Drive campaign planning from insight through execution, ensuring a data-informed, audience-first approach across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize future strategy.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging B2B marketing innovations—providing ongoing POVs and thought leadership.
What We’re Looking For 8–10 years of experience in strategy, planning, or brand development—ideally within an agency, consultancy, or client-side tech/B2B role.
Strong understanding of complex B2B buying cycles, account-based marketing (ABM), and enterprise technology landscapes (e.g., SaaS, AI, cloud, security, hardware).
Proven ability to craft compelling brand and campaign strategies, backed by insights, data, and a deep understanding of the customer journey.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—comfortable presenting to senior clients and leading workshops.
Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious.
Bonus: Experience with GTM planning, demand gen, product marketing, or partner/channel marketing in the tech sector.
