About the Role We’re seeking a Content Manager & Communications Partner (Contractor) to support our Home Mortgage division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and is passionate about creating clarity through content and communication. You’ll be focused on foundational tasks—posting updates, managing requests, and streamlining internal resources. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, organizing information, and helping teams work more efficiently through thoughtful content and communication. What You’ll Do Monitor and manage incoming requests and communications. Post resources, guidelines, and updates to internal platforms. Create and assign task tickets for requests. Assist with basic communications and notifications. Support publishing workflows and template transfers. Reconcile content inventories and assist with reporting. Evaluate and improve clarity of team resources. What You’ll Bring Tech-forward mindset: A strong aptitude for technology and a genuine interest in learning new tools and systems is essential. The ideal candidate embraces innovation and adapts quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Comfort with change is not just preferred—it’s critical to success in this role. Exceptional organization: This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and remain focused amid frequent shifts. Candidates must demonstrate resilience and structure in the face of change, as navigating ambiguity and avoiding change fatigue are key to success. Strong communication skills: You write clearly, edit thoughtfully, and simplify complex information for diverse audiences. Proficient—preferably advanced—in MS Office Suite, especially Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Familiarity with project tracking tools and remote collaboration platforms. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setting. Bonus Skills Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services. Background in communications, technical writing, or content strategy. Understanding of internal knowledge management or intranet platforms.
