Responsibilities Support the development and execution of strategic, creative PR initiatives that drive earned media coverage and enhance Allstate’s brand reputation. Manage and contribute to campaign planning, media relations, press material development, editorial calendars, and activation of integrated communications programs. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, social, creative, and sponsorships to ensure PR is integrated into broader brand campaigns. Coordinate with U.S. PR agencies on campaign rollouts, media outreach, press events, influencer opportunities, and content strategies across earned, owned, and paid channels. Proactively identify opportunities to drive brand affinity and thought leadership through storytelling, trendspotting and creative ideation. Monitor consumer, insurance and personal finance trends to inform proactive media strategies and inform internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the Risk & Reputation team on reactive media responses and real-time communications challenges. What You Bring (Qualifications) 5-8 years of experience in public relations, with a strong track record in consumer or brand communications (agency and/or in-house). Exceptional media relations skills, including the ability to pitch and build relationships with traditional, digital, and emerging media across a range of verticals. Strong experience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders. Proven ability to develop data-driven storylines and translate complex information into compelling, media-friendly narratives. Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Detail-oriented with a creative mindset, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to think both strategically and tactically. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has supervisory duties. Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is $120,000-145,000 annually and is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
