Base pay range $94.00/hr - $104.82/hr Responsibilities Identify and codify customer problems Lead discovery research, competitive analysis, and experience audits Develop design concepts to illustrate what's possible Deliver final design specs and partner with engineering to bring them to life in code Partner closely with the product triad (PM, PD, XD) to drive the work forward Onboard to complex subject matter – accounting Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
