Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their Electric Vehicle service needs
• Provide accurate and detailed service estimates
• Coordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the automotive industry or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• High school degree or equivalent
• Weekend availability and ability to work 10-hour shifts
