Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Marketing Lead - Affiliate Programs will be responsible for the operations and growth of our affiliate program. This role will also be responsible for acquiring new partner channels to drive sustainable, long-term revenue growth. We are seeking an experienced Lead of Affiliate Programs who has a proven track record of developing and scaling affiliate programs into new pools, platforms, and partnerships to unlock new revenue streams. Develop and oversee the strategic vision for the affiliate channel and agency partner Recruit and activate new affiliate partners, manage and optimize existing affiliate partners Manage day-to-day maintenance and reporting of programs Develop strategic partnerships for both existing and new affiliates, current and prospective publishers Source paid placement opportunities and evaluate the potential of these campaigns to maximize conversion volume and ROI Serve as the dedicated point of contact for alignment, communication, and escalation to improve operational scalability Support strategic, operational, and financial planning and ensure decisions are in line with overall company goals Create the strategy and action plan to monetize all forms of traffic Lead the efforts to grow unique site visits and other performance KPI's with an omnichannel approach from internal and network/affiliate traffic sources Manage external contractors and/or vendors where applicable Skills, Experience and Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in business, digital marketing, advertising/digital advertising, or related fields 3 - 5 years relevant professional experience in affiliate marketing Experience using market-leading affiliate tracking SaaS, such as Impact, Partnerize, or Commission Junction Experience with marketing analytics tools; Tableau and Adobe Analytics preferred Knowledge of marketing metrics (ex, CAC, CLV, PPC, CPA, and CPM, etc.) Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including working with budgets and efficiency KPIs Ability to forecast, track performance, and make strategic changes as necessary to achieve targets Proven track record of running paid media campaigns and optimizing them for maximum return on spend Outstanding writing, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent project management and presentation skills, with an ability to influence teams and stakeholders Proven experience and success building and scaling an existing affiliate program into new channels, platforms, and programs Experience with large agency affiliate networks and affiliate cost per sale networks Highly analytical with an ability to understand how KPIs can be tailored to affiliate needs Knowledge of platform pixels, UTM tags, tracking, and attribution Digital marketing knowledge of how affiliates can collaborate with SEO, Paid, and other marketing channels to improve overall performance Problem-solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex business problems Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview. The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
