Responsibilities

• Capture Social Content: Shoot, edit and produce social-first content for Instagram and TikTok, in addition to emerging platforms
• Elevated Visual Style: Capturing short-form video and photos with a polished, brand-right aesthetic.
• Video-Editing Expertise: Technical skills in editing, sound mixing, pacing, story arcs, and platform best practices, along with color-correction.
• Bonus Skill – Graphic Design: Background in graphic design to create motion graphics, especially for branded overlays.
• Collaborative Content Ideation: Partnering with internal Creative team and cross-functional Social Marketing partners.

Requirements

• A polished portfolio of short-form social content examples such as TikTok series or IG Reels.
• Mastery of Editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, and other video editing programs).
• Strong knowledge of social platform trends and video best practices.
• Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Experience ideally within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle space.
