Role Overview
We’re seeking a Digital Marketer with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, managing all reporting and analytics, assisting with website guidance for ad optimization, and communicating with our internal marketing team about asset needs and campaign performance. You will also perform ongoing keyword and audience research to ensure our ads remain competitive and relevant.
Key Responsibilities
- Google & Meta Ads Management
- Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Conduct continuous keyword and audience research to drive campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and make data-driven adjustments for maximum ROI.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and present mid-month insight reports and end-of-month performance reports for each client.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to evaluate campaign results and gather actionable insights.
- Communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
- Work with our marketing and creative teams to request campaign assets and develop compelling ad creative.
- Align campaign strategies with client objectives, proactively identifying and implementing growth opportunities.
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Client & Team Communication
- Maintain ongoing communication with the team to understand brand goals, provide updates, and address questions.
- Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and brand messaging.
- Participate in weekly check-ins and occasional “all-hands-on-deck” projects.
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to interpret data and leverage insights to optimize campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar tracking tools.
- Familiarity with general digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that values collaboration and adaptability.
- Experience in Bing/Microsoft Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) to assist with ad creative.
