Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Audio (Sound & Music) Manager to join our Global Production Technology team at Music Jobs US. This pivotal role will drive the evolution of audio workflows and technology across scripted and unscripted content, live sound, and emerging audio formats. As a subject matter expert, you will ensure the highest standards for audio quality, efficiency, and creative excellence, supporting productions around the globe from pre-production through final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide audio workflows across scripted and unscripted content, live sound, and emerging formats.
• Drive adoption of audio technologies and tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Creative Innovation, Eyeline, Animation, Music Lab, Soundtrack Operations, Music Creative & Production) to deploy new technologies and develop internal tools.
• Provide technical leadership and act as a primary point of contact for audio-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical leadership experience in audio production, post-production, and mastering for film, television, live events, or podcasts.
• Proficiency with audio technology and workflows; able to deploy newest technologies (e.g., CueDB and Notion) and contribute to internal tool development.
• Experience collaborating with diverse internal teams and stakeholders.
