About the Community: Bigelow Commons is a 471-unit apartment complex in Enfield, CT. At this community, residents have access to indoor & outdoor pools, two lighted tennis courts, a library, and a health club.
About the Role: Northland is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the community. The Community Manager will monitor and enforce compliance with all company policies and procedures, provide supervision of onsite staff and vendors, and adhere to deadlines on legal or financial responsibilities of the community. In addition, the Community Manager will be responsible for profitability, cost control, and maintaining the operating budget.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the community.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise onsite staff and vendors.
- Adhere to deadlines on legal or financial responsibilities of the community.
- Manage profitability, cost control, and the operating budget.
- Proactively address resident concerns escalated to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least two years of experience in multifamily property operations.
- Experience managing direct reports, including maintenance staff and contractors (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors.
- Desire to strategically advertise the community while staying in-tune with a competitive market.
- Experience with Yardi software (preferred).
