Envolve Client Services Group is recruiting for a Community Manager to work at Convent Gardens Apartments located in St. Louis, MO. Base pay range provided: $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise on-site staff and lead leasing and marketing activities at the assigned property.
  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure property performance and compliance with goals and objectives.
  • Develop yearly operating and capital budgets and monitor impact on NOI.
  • Oversee resident relations, lease enforcement, and safety of site occupants; maintain market-ready units.
  • Coordinate resident improvements and capital projects; bid, negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
  • Ensure property compliance with State and Federal Fair Housing Laws; communicate policies to staff.
  • Provide regular reports and maintain knowledge of market conditions and trends.
  • Train and mentor office staff to maximize rental income and occupancy.
  • Perform regular property inspections and implement maintenance plans as needed.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager or equivalent management experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Strong financial management skills: budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment; strong multi-tasking and deadline management.
  • Professional communication with staff, residents, vendors and corporate teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Yardi preferred.
  • Willingness to work weekends/holidays when required; travel for training or meetings as needed.
