Overview
Envolve Client Services Group is recruiting for a Community Manager to work at Convent Gardens Apartments located in St. Louis, MO. Base pay range provided: $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise on-site staff and lead leasing and marketing activities at the assigned property.
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure property performance and compliance with goals and objectives.
- Develop yearly operating and capital budgets and monitor impact on NOI.
- Oversee resident relations, lease enforcement, and safety of site occupants; maintain market-ready units.
- Coordinate resident improvements and capital projects; bid, negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
- Ensure property compliance with State and Federal Fair Housing Laws; communicate policies to staff.
- Provide regular reports and maintain knowledge of market conditions and trends.
- Train and mentor office staff to maximize rental income and occupancy.
- Perform regular property inspections and implement maintenance plans as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager or equivalent management experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Strong financial management skills: budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment; strong multi-tasking and deadline management.
- Professional communication with staff, residents, vendors and corporate teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Yardi preferred.
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays when required; travel for training or meetings as needed.
