Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-brand and on-strategy creativity for digital applications, website, web pages, social media graphics, point of sale graphics, email promotional creative, email templates and traditional print ads.
  • Collaborate with brand team to deliver assets for product launches and a variety of brand campaigns.
  • Create on-brand, compelling visuals and creative assets for digital, social, email, retail, events and print for multiple target audiences (consumers, designers, dealers, internal stakeholders).
  • Apply strong design skills in color theory, typography, branding, and composition.
  • Ensure creative consistency and integrity of brand across all customer touchpoints, online and in-store.
  • Contribute fresh ideas, quick mock-ups and mood boards to support creative pitches and campaigns to the brand team.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) to produce high-quality assets.
  • Repurpose creative across multiple mediums while maintaining detail and precise accuracy.
  • Manage and organize all digital assets, keeping files and libraries up to date and properly coded for future usage and quick access.
  • Deliver refined, polished written communication with flawless spelling and grammar, upholding the sophistication and standards of the luxury market.
  • Offer support for photo shoots, video production and content creation, ensuring consistent brand aesthetics as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (Digital Design, Graphic Design, Graphic Communications or related field) – Required.
  • 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience focused on art direction, brand building and marketing communications – Required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and familiarity with the broader Adobe suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition and brand identity systems.
  • Knowledge of brand identity processes and ability to maintain consistency across multiple touchpoints.
  • Proven ability to create production-ready print files with print production specifications (bleeds, crop marks, etc.).
  • Experience with digital design best practices for websites, mobile, email, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to adapt creative assets to multiple formats, sizes, and channels while maintaining quality.
  • Excellent proofreading skills and superb attention to detail to ensure error-free, high-quality deliverables.
  • Understanding of marketing communication principles and how design supports brand and business objectives.
  • Expertise in file/asset management and digital asset organization processes.
  • Experience designing for event and retail signage and necessary production requirements.
  • Preferred: knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects), experience with premium or luxury brands, and experience with AI design tools and AI technology to enhance creative output.
  • Bonus: working knowledge of AI design tools and AI technology to enhance creative output.

Your Pay & Benefits

The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible, then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.
