Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Brand Creative Specialist located in Pompano Beach, FL. The Brand Creative Specialist will be responsible for developing creative strategies, crafting and executing branding initiatives, and producing engaging written content. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication across all channels.

Qualifications

• Creative Vision & Strategic Thinking – Strong design sense with the ability to translate brand strategy into cohesive visuals and messaging across all platforms.
• Brand Stewardship & Communication – Skilled at maintaining and expanding a consistent brand voice and visual identity across digital, print, and emerging channels.
• Strong Writing & Storytelling – Capable of crafting clear, on-brand copy and collaborating on content that supports visual design.
• Collaborative Mindset – Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to work across departments, gathering input and feedback to keep projects aligned.
• Adaptability – Thrives in a fast-moving environment, balancing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Technical Proficiency – Comfortable with industry-standard design and content creation tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, etc.).
• Education/Background – Degree or relevant experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is welcome but not required if skills and portfolio demonstrate equivalent expertise.
