Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a (in house) Social Media Content Creator based in Los Angeles, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, creating, and executing social media content across all platforms. Key tasks include strategizing content plans, producing visual and written content, engaging with the online community, and analyzing performance metrics to refine social media strategies.

Qualifications

• Content creation, visual storytelling, and creative writing skills
• Experience in social media strategy and content planning
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools
• Engagement and community management skills
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring and reporting social media performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a team
• Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
