About the role
The Digital Graphic Designer & Content Creator role blends creative design, digital media, and strategic thinking to support branding, lead generation, sales enablement, and content marketing efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in both print and digital design, with the ability to craft compelling visual assets for websites, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and more. The individual will uphold and evolve ETS’s brand identity across channels, develop video and motion content, and write impactful short-form copy such as headlines and social media hooks. Success requires proactive thinking, collaboration, a deep understanding of how visuals drive engagement, and a passion for using design to sell, inform, and inspire. This is a fast-paced, creative position ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is detail-oriented, and believes great design is both beautiful and purposeful.
Position’s Intention
The position is to conceptualize, design, and produce visual content that aligns with the organization's identity, enhances engagement across digital platforms, and supports marketing and communication goals.
Success Measurements
Measuring the effectiveness of this role involves tracking quantitative and qualitative metrics that reflect the impact of work on brand visibility, engagement, and business goals for both external and internal customers, ensuring success is achievable.
Brand & Creative Development
- Continuously monitor, maintain, and evolve the visual and verbal brand identity by ensuring consistency in imagery, design, tone, and language across all marketing channels.
- Create and maintain visually consistent brand assets across digital and print platforms.
- Design marketing collateral for external use (e.g., brochures, event materials, sales sheets).
- Look for opportunities to evolve the brand through other platforms and technology.
- Gather, dissect, and combine content from company platforms to create marketing assets.
- Design for print with a full understanding of the print process from design to shipment.
Design for Digital & Web Marketing
- Design engaging digital assets for websites, ads, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Optimize web assets for performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Collaborate with the team on website enhancements, page layouts, and UX/UI improvements through design.
Design and create content for Social Media Marketing
- Create visually compelling social graphics tailored to platform specifications and engagement strategy.
- Design visuals that enhance campaign performance and align with brand voice.
- Produce graphics and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Shorts, Reels, YouTube, and related animations.
- Write short captions, hooks, and post descriptions to support visual content.
Internal Support
- Partner with the sales team to ensure up-to-date, visually compelling materials such as presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Develop presentations (PowerPoint) that communicate key messages clearly and professionally.
- Provide tradeshow graphics support (e.g., pull-up banners, tablecloths, backdrops, QR codes, flyers).

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showing print and digital work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
- Basic video production and editing capabilities.
- Strong understanding of social media and web design principles (mobile-first, responsive, UX/UI).
- Excellent visual storytelling and a marketing-oriented mindset.
- Basic copywriting skills for short-form content such as headlines and CTAs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and openness to feedback.
Education / Certification
Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and digital marketing platforms.
Language Skills
- Ability to write reports, communications, and business correspondence.

Reasoning Ability

Computer Skills
