Kroenke Sports & Entertainment is hiring: Sr. Multimedia Editor in Baxter

Overview

Sr. Multimedia Editor supports the In-Fisherman brand with all types of media creation with a heavy focus on videography and photography. This role will manage the full process of creating, editing, and distributing multi-media content on various online and linear platforms. Will work with multiple internal departments to ensure content is published in a frequent, consistent, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Creation of video shorts for distribution on website and various social platforms with an emphasis on YouTube
• Exceptional videography skills
• Proficient with video editing software such as Final Cut X, iMovie, or Adobe Premier
• Photography creation for print and digital
• Knowledge of content management systems
• Experience with SEO is a plus
• Experience with YouTube organization, shorts, playlists and best practices
• Ability to travel to various fishing destinations throughout the year
• Extensive fishing and boating experience is a must
• Possible on-air talent as part of the In-Fisherman team to educate viewers
• Create and manage an editorial calendar and consistent flow of video uploads to the brand’s social media and YouTube
• Drone and underwater photography and videography is a plus
• Ability to write compelling fishing and marine content is a plus

Qualifications

Minimum

• BS/BA degree in field or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in field
• Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred

• Certified drone pilot
• Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

• A strong passion and deep knowledge of fishing
• Strong knowledge of web and YouTube publishing
• Experience with SEO maximization
• Exceptionally talented videography and editing skills
• Proficient with video editing software (Final Cut X, Adobe Premier, iMovie)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently & in a group setting and demonstrate good judgment skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $80,000
